Susan has Cancelled Tour Dates
Unfortunately, Susan Boyle has cancelled a couple of tour dates due to her anxiety attacks in Cardiff and Liverpoole. Her spokesperson has sent Susan’s apologies for backing out of the performances. She feels bad about letting people down, but she also needs rest.
However, she is back on tour this week after these concerns for her health. This is good news. She is scheduled to appear in 26 performance with the Britain’s Got Talent tour. On tour, she is singing the two songs she sung on the show, Memories and I Dreamed a Dream.
It is possible that she has suffered dreadfully since losing first place on “Britain’s Got Talent.” However, our Susan must remember that she did not lose, she actually came in second on the show. Her anxiety could also come from the pressure she has placed upon herself and also, her sudden rise to fame. This may be a difficult thing for someone who has lived a simple life in a small village all of her life. To become suddenly the focus of attention and gossip is not an easy task.
Simon Cowell, her mentor is trying to arrange a deal at The Planet Hollywood where she will sing on a number of dates in Las Vegas. Simon is confident that Susan will be highly successful in the United States. He already has her signed with his company, SyCo, to record an album.
She should probably take it all in stride and remember that this is the dream, her dream and she must accept it and believe in herself and her capabilities. However, the public and the media should also remember that Susan led a simple life for many years in a small village of West Lothian in Scotland and to suddenly have to embrace celebrity and everything that it entails can be nerve-wracking at the best of times. She has been mobbed by fans.
