It almost brings tears to my eyes when I watch her sing and I’m not the only one – this happens to many people. She is loved and adored the world over. She’s probably the biggest celebrity in the world – as we all know, her videos on YouTube are the most downloaded videos of all time. Watching the judge’s and the audience’s first reaction to Susan when she appeared on the stage on Britain’s Got Talent and how they perspective instantly changed once she opened her mouth to sing teaches us that old lesson – never to judge a book by its cover.
